Gender and Interdisciplinarity

Abstract

In this presentation I will discuss the place of gender in interdisciplinary thinking whether in pedagogy or in theory. This will be framed through some of the classes I have been teaching in the past 3 years with colleagues in other disciplines and departments. I will aim to show how the grounding in language and literature may be fundamental to one’s contribution to the production of new knowledge in the present challenging times
