Abstract
Through the pages of this long essay, I invite you to the study of a state, starting from the sociological rudiments of a great family which has within a few hundred years, passed through the successive stages of a leading clan among the Akan race, a tribal kingdom, a conquering and co-lonising tribe, and finally to that of a stable tribal state. From this essay can be gained a better knowledge of Kibi and its people.
