A discussion of the implications of globalization or foreign influences in community broadcasting at Ghana is the focus of this chapter. The discussion is rooted in pervasive foreign influences on what is used to broadcast (means), how broadcasting occurs (process), and what is broadcast (content). The combination appears to be a hindrance to the development of community broadcasting.en_US
