dc.description.abstractI have the honour to transmit for your Lordship's consideration a communication, dated the 31st October 1892, addressed to your Lordship by" merchants, agents, and traders of the Gold Coast Colony," in which they profess "to bring before your Lord" ship's notice facts in connexion with this Colony, and particularly with reference to Ordinance No. 25 'of 1R89, imposing an ad valorem duty of 10 per cent. upon nearly all the imports into the Colony.en_US
