Abstract
It is generally agreed that reading plays an important part in the curriculum of a school in that it is related to all the subjects. Those who fail in most of the school subjects, which involve reading are those who cannot read effectively- Those who cannot comprehend any idea of what they read. The difficulty increases as they grow older.
