dc.description.abstractA case of non oliguric Acute Renal Failure due to acute tubular necrosis is presented. This was associated with Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6PD) deficiency. and was complicated by hyperkalaemia. massive gastrointestinal bleed due to extensive haemorrhagic gastritis and blindness from ischaemic optic neuropathy. These complications are unusual with non oliguric renal failure and forms the basis of this report.en_US
