The responsibilities towards the welfare of mankind particularly that of children calls for service and sacrifice and these are the duties of every man and woman. The greatest teacher places the love and education of children foremost when he says”And whoever receives a little child like this for my sake, receives me .but whoever is a hindrance to one of these little ones who believes in me better for him to have a milestone hung round his neck and be sunk in the deep sea
