The study examined the relationship of ODAs in the economic development of Ghana. It subsequently analyzed the association between ODAs interventions and development of education and health in the country by looking at the growth in educational enrollment as well as the increase in Life Expectancy. Based on these aims and objectives of the study, secondary data in the form of time-series data were acquired from OECD, the World Bank and UNDP were acquired for the study. The data acquired were from 1990 to 2017 which was twenty-eight (28) years period thereby making it possible to draw some conclusion based on the findings from the study. Using correlations, graphs, scatterplot and tables, the study established a positive relationship between foreign aid and economic development. The study again found out that foreign aid has had a significant positive association with education and health in the country. Based on these findings of the study, certain recommendations were suggested towards the delivery of aid in the country in order to effectively enhance the contributions of aid towards national development.en_US
