Abstract
Quantitative and qualitative data are used to present evidence on risk and vulnerability to poverty in Ghana. Using the 1998/99 Ghana Living Standards Survey the authors estimate the incidence of vulnerability to poverty and provide a profile of the vulnerable in Ghana.
