dc.description.abstractThe health sector in Ghana has undergone much change over the past decades to improve the quality of care. This research sought to to find patients perception of care at the Greenlawn hospital An exploratory research design was adopted in the conduct of this research work. A sample size of eighty-five (85) patients were chosen and took part in this survey. Donabedian’s structure, process and outcome theory for service quality evaluation underpinned the conceptual framework in this study and evaluated using the SAMI method. Qualitative data were analysed, with SPSS primary data and secondary data were used extensively in this research. Primary data was gathered through the data collection instrument of a questionnaire which contained both open-ended and closed-ended questions. Secondary data was also obtained from books and academic journals. The research revealed that patients were satisfied with the structure, process and outcome of care at the Greenlawn hospital. Patients generally had excellent perception of the overall service received from the Greenlawn hospital.en_US
