The Importance of Effectually Supporting the Royal African Company of England

Abstract

Being the Sense of the royal African Company of England, in Conformity to That of the Nation in general, that the Trade. to the Coast of Africa ought always to continue free and open, for the Benefit of all his Majesty’s Subjects trading to those Parts; and also, that· the Trade and Navigation to Africa in general should never be charged with any tax, duty, burthens or other incumbrancers whatever for the maintenance and preservation of the forts and settlements.
