Abstract
Most poverty assessments do not distinguish between adult and child poverty. This chapter examines the extent to which the Ghana Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper for 2003-2005 identified child poverty as an issue and evaluates the strategies it proposed to protect the rights and ensure the well-being of children.
