The interview was recorded in Managua, Nicaragua,on July, 28, 1997. The Interviewer was James S.Sutterlin. The choice about thirty institutional positions this year, Zelaya approach brings an extraordinary ability to regain democratic path in the country without necessarily disrupting the Constitution, as has happened in other times of crisis. However, this time, he acknowledges, is not without risks.
