Abstract:
A case of non oliguric Acute Renal Failure
due to acute tubular necrosis is presented. This
was associated with Glucose-6-phosphate
dehydrogenase (G-6PD) deficiency. and was
complicated by hyperkalaemia. massive gastrointestinal
bleed due to extensive haemorrhagic
gastritis and blindness from ischaemic optic

with non oliguric renal failure and forms the
basis of this report.
