|Abstract:||SEPTEMBER. 27. (112) Letter from Axim (Jb C.Bacot) nd. It, is 14 days ago that the. late English Governor, Mr Stokwel, has stayed at Cabo Apolonia: that the Caboceers of that place have entered into a treaty of Commerce with him, and to that end have erected a large 'and new house (Cagie) for him where he is now residing, and meantime he has sent out his boat on an expedition to the windward coast.|
